Dunsey Fitness is based out of (INDEPENDENCE GYM) with an environment that generates positive energy making it simple for our clients to achieve his or her goals. We work in a fully equipped gym with an aerobics room, tanning, showers/locker room, multiple cardio stations such as Stairmasters, Treadmills, and Stationary Bikes and elipticals. Independence has now has an area including, 40 yards of astro-turf, TRX station,plus so much more.
Receive One 45 minute ONE on ONE Session & Two, 45 minute Group training sessions that will focus on:
Legs / Abs
Back and Biceps
Chest/Shoulders / Triceps
These sessions allow you to see how the training/cardio program works with Dunsey Fitness, Also gives you a chance to decide whether the program and atmosphere around you fits you, your goals, and your daily routine!
